About Water Treatment Project Manager role:

A Water Treatment  Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment construction projects to ensure clean and safe water supply as per external Clients (both commercial and institutional) needs.  They manage schedules and teams while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards as well as  independently deliver on-side technical set-up . Their role involves coordinating with and stakeholders to optimize treatment processes and infrastructure. Additionally, they troubleshoot operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability in water treatment systems. Project Manager takes full ownership and or closely monitors alongside Sales Manager the  fulfilment of Clients contract and delivery of all contracted phases and reassurances. Acting as a crucial part of a Team, Project Manager is ready to step-in in case of system maintenance or service is needed.

You would be required to:

• Independently deliver all aspects of acquired water treatment mandate, including:
  • Full scope of project management , including schedules, documentations, material and financial prognosis

• • Hands-on technical excellence , including:
    • Developing and commenting on provided technological diagrams and flowcharts, PID’s
    • Supervision over and independent technical on-side works aimed at assuring compliant delivery of water treatment solution (system commissioning)
    • Delivering full scope of system service in case of maintenance needs – supporting Service Technician as full back-up

• • Financial supervision , assuring the financial and economic targets of the projects are met

• • Successful people influence , assuring the cooperation among internal stakeholders (i.e. sales, engineering, procurement, commissioning, legal and finance)

• • Efficient vendor management

• •   As well as :
    • Support business development by preparing inputs for offering purposes  
    • Active engagement in symposiums and conferences supporting business growth and elevating Customer awareness

Ideal candidate possesses:

• • Higher technical education, preferable engineering (civil, hydraulics, chemical)
  • Proficiency in professional-level English
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D usage (3D would be an asset)
  • Ability to properly read through electrical diagrams
  • Active drivers licence cat.B
  • Understanding of hydraulics
  • Previous experience in pump, electrical equipment assembly, would be an asset
