About Us: 
As a member of our dynamic international technology team, you'll collaborate closely with developers and infrastructure experts to craft innovative solutions that enable our organization to deliver cutting-edge digital services to both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be central to enhancing our Business Application ecosystem and preparing interfaces that facilitate harmonious interactions across our system landscape. 

Responsibilities: 

• Write efficient and maintainable code to support business processes and facilitate smooth data exchange, while leveraging cloud technologies. 
• Continually improve system functionality, extracting maximum value from your expertise and contributing to seamless system integration. 
• Play a key role in setting up and supporting interfaces with external systems, prioritizing seamless data exchange using cloud technologies to enhance overall system interoperability. 
• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues and ensure smooth data flow between interfaces. Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), focusing on application functionality, data flow, and cloud-based services. 
• Collaborate with the team to prepare technical design documents and coordinate proposed solutions, emphasizing the importance of efficient functionality and the incorporation of cloud technologies. 

Background: 

• A degree in computer science, business informatics or engineering. 
• Strong expertise in relational SQL database principles, including indexed and normalized databases and queries, is paramount. 
• Understanding the concepts of object-oriented programming. 
• Experience utilizing JSON, XML, and REST-API integrations, with a focus on modernizing and advancing our digital offerings. 
• Exposure to development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or determination to acquire such in the first months. 
• Experience in ERP integration projects with external systems is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft SSRS, Power BI and/or external reporting tools like Docentric is appreciated. 
• Business process knowledge and a keen interest in further developing this area. 
• Excellent communication skills for requirements management, gap/fit analysis, and application design. 
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of German as a strong asset. 
• Initiative-driven and solution-oriented. 
• Eager to learn modern technologies and continually improve expertise, with a growing focus on interface development and cloud-based solutions. 
• High level of commitment, goal orientation, and problem-solving skills.
