PASECO was established in 1999. From October 2007 PASECO became HPC PASECO S.P. Ltd, part of HPC A.G. and an Inogen partner.

HPC PASECO provides a complete spectrum of services and expertise in environmental science, technology, planning and management for public and private, local and international clients. Initial concepts are developed from investigations and surveys into practical engineering and environmental friendly solutions designed to suit local conditions. The company works in a broad range of environmental fields, including:

Water and waste water
Solid waste management
Urban and natural environment planning and development

The company as well as HPC PASECO’s staff, has carried out more than 1000 environmental projects in Greece and other countries.

HPC PASECO HPC expertise and services in the solid waste management sector include:

Waste management plans: Development of waste management plans at national, regional, and local level for all types of solid waste (municipal, industrial, hazardous, medical, electric – electronic, demolition waste etc.)
Technical Assistance and engineering services:
- Feasibility studies for waste management facilities, cost benefit analysis of waste management technologies;
- Technical design of all waste management infrastructure, such as landfills, transfer stations, sorting plants, recycling plants, waste treatment plants (biological treatment, composting, biogas utilisation);
- Preparation of tender documents and provision of services during tendering;
- Construction supervision.
Environmental and social management: Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Strategic Environmental Assessments, Environmental Management Plans.
Institutional strengthening, training and capacity building: Training on waste management and environmental issues, stakeholder consultations and public communications.
