HTI has developed the most advanced form of water and wastewater filtration membrane technology through the application of Forward Osmosis. HTI has commercially applied FO technology to filter difficult wastewater in several industries including, oil and gas water management and conservation; pressure retarded osmosis energy generation; biogas cogeneration water conservation and general industrial and POTW wastewater recycling. HTI has also adapted its technology for use in water purification for personal hydration. HTI commercially sells a suite of hydration products to private and military users as well as a bulk Humanitarian package to aid in the initial phase of disaster relief.
