We are supporting First Nations and Inuit communities on the path to accessing clean water in community in a durable way, by offering culturally-adapted technical and project management expertise through this new non-profit. Our co-director will ideally be:
First Nations or Inuit woman/gender-diverse,
passionate about water,
no specific requirement for the following: language, educational background, geographical location.
has lived on reserve or in a community underserved by water infrastructure,
has maturity and leadership experience required for an executive role, with the following specific leadership traits if possible:

Adaptable
Visionary storyteller: this person will be rubbing shoulders with funders, communities and government. There should be a comfort level and extroversion that can carry them in different spaces and get people excited about the project to create buy in, engagement
