We are supporting First Nations and Inuit communities on the path to accessing clean water in community in a durable way, by offering culturally-adapted technical and project management expertise through this new non-profit. Our co-director will ideally be:

• First Nations or Inuit woman/gender-diverse,

• passionate about water,

• no specific requirement for the following: language, educational background, geographical location.

• has lived on reserve or in a community underserved by water infrastructure,

• has maturity and leadership experience required for an executive role, with the following specific leadership traits if possible:

  • Relational

  • Strategic

  • High EQ

  • Adaptable

  • Visionary storyteller: this person will be rubbing shoulders with funders, communities and government. There should be a comfort level and extroversion that can carry them in different spaces and get people excited about the project to create buy in, engagement

  • Empathetic
