Infracapital is part of M&G Investment Management Limited, the European investment management arm of Prudential Plc (the "Group"). Infracapital builds upon the Group's long history and experience in investing in infrastructure. The Group has been active in infrastructure investing since the 1930s and currently manages over £19 billion in infrastructure investments globally.

Infracapital aggregates over 200 years of relevant expertise across its target sectors, transaction types and sizes. The team's unique, extensive relationship networks, enhanced further by Prudential UK's standing, offers access to a multitude of opportunities from which Infracapital may selectively construct a diversified portfolio of high quality assets. Infracapital has a strong track record of investment with approximately £1.7 billion of assets under management across three funds. A £225 million portfolio fully invested in 20 operational PFI projects, Infracapital Partners LP I a £908 million portfolio of core infrastructure investments with investments in the utility , transport , renewable and communication infrastructure sectors and Infracapital Partners II, its latest Fund currently in the market.
