IRPA is a full-service boutique consulting firm registered in Kenya as a private limited company in 2012 initially for the purposes of training, research, publication and certification in all aspects of public policy and governance. Since then, its consultancy services have grown to include public service delivery and public and private sector and civil society innovation and resources management in a multitude of sectors.

Focus is paid to promoting innovative practices in the public and private sectors, developing and implementing policy frameworks, in addition to monitoring governance and performance. As a firm, we have carried out numerous research activities, provided advice and project management delivery to government and public institutions, private sector companies, civil society, and international institutions in all aspects relating to governance and public policy.

Our vision is to be the leading provider of quality technical advisory services related to governance and public policy in Kenya and throughout the East Africa region for public and private sector clientele.

IRPA has a core team of consultants and an elaborate network of associate consultants who are qualified and experienced scholars, trainers and practitioners in a variety of sectors who are brought in for specific assignments aligned to their expertise.
