About
The International Rainwater Harvesting Alliance (IRHA) is an international NGO created in Geneva in November 2002 following recommendations formulated during the World Summit for Sustainable Development in Johannesburg two months earlier. The IRHA mission is to promote Rainwater Harvesting as a tool for climate change adaptation and rainwater, as a precious water resource which should be better managed into the framework of the Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM).
