The Headlines :
In the role of Sr Sustainability Engineer working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Technical Services and Engineering team. You will identify and implement solutions to improve energy and water consumption at our Breweries in North America.
This position reports to Sr. Manager Utilities Design Execution and Optimization and works closely with brewery teams as well as corporate brewing, beverage, and quality.
The Responsibilities:
- Compiling and distribute various sustainability reports to update performance and analyze trends
- Performs energy and water site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement at the Breweries
- Manages capital project from inception to completion. This includes budget, schedule and scope(design) oversight through support from consultant partners for detailed engineering
- Provide utilities expertise as it relates to operational processes to help drive down consumption and costs
- Analyze usage information and other variables to identify areas for improvement
- Serves as visible change agent and transformational leader
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Engineering in manufacturing
- You have at least 10 years experience in manufacturing (food and beverage preferred) with general knowledge of process and utilities equipment
- Project management experience (Budget, schedule, scope)
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Operational experience preferred
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
