Water issues are becoming increasingly prominent as we struggle with disparity between water scarcity and demands, a changing climate, water pollution, and competition for limited water resources. Following several significant project wins and a strong pipeline, the Jacobs water business is seeking a Senior Principal Water Consultant to provide; strong technical leadership on our projects, mentorship to the team, outstanding service delivery building strong relationships. This role will see you working on some of the region’s most exciting water projects locally but with a remit to contribute to, and provide technical leadership on, projects across the greater Midwest business and beyond.

- Relevant engineering degree and relevant industry chartership/accreditation
- 15+ years of experience providing technical leaderships on water projects
- Ability and willingness to guide and mentor team members
- Areas of strength in design management, project/program management, engineering, and detailed design of water infrastructure
- Strategic thinking and client communication
- Demonstrated passion for the water industry
