2020-2025 The State Program on Improvement of Wastewater Treatment Plants named "Nurly-Zher" will cover 53 cities and towns in Kazakhstan.
During the first stage 2020 – 2023 it is planned to build and renovate wastewater treatment systems in locations that urgently need proper waste water treatment systems.
