- Successfully completed a university degree or an apprenticeship
- Professional experience in Sales, ideally in the solar or pump industry
- Experience in building customer relationships and a confident demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with conflicts and have strong negotiation skills that adapt to our international business partners
- A willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
- Very good English and German skills, an additional language is an advantage (preferably Spanish or French)
- Good MS Office software skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on reaching goals
- Building an strengthening distributor relationships in specific countries
- Expanding the sales channel and improving channel structure
- Establish and accredit new distribution relationships
- Implementation of the LORENTZ partner program in your assigned region
- Representing LORENTZ in government and NGO contexts
- Maintaining and growing understanding of market dynamics and attending events and fairs
