Purpose of role:
Efficient execution of project engineering activities in Beneficiation & Dewatering BL.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient execution of project engineering activities in BU Services.
- Responsible for ensuring deliveries meet customer (internal & external) expectations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget.
- Responsible to identify scope changes and support projects in scope change management activities.
- Responsible for coordination with Product Groups to ensure engineering work meets with product design standards and fulfills all Product Compliance management requirements.
- Responsible for globally developing and managing Services project engineering competence, capability and capacity.
- Responsible for supporting service sales with technical input into sales cases and proposals where applicable.
- Responsible for project engineering cost estimating in service sales proposals.
- Responsible for fixing and creating part data.
- Supporting Technical Support teams on complex issues.
- Support report review, recommendations and solutions as requested, specifically calculations and engineering analysis. Escalate to Product Management.
- Provide expert content to training team.
