Amane Advisors has advised Monsal, one of the UK’s premier Advanced Anaerobic Digestion and Integrated Biogas-to-Energy businesses, on its sale to New York-listed General Electric (GE).

The Company has an innovative expertise in optimizing anaerobic digestion assets to create strategic renewable energy centers for the water and waste markets.

With this deal Monsal becomes part of GE’s Power and Water division, a leading global supplier of water & wastewater treatment, water reuse and process systems solutions, along with water treatment chemicals and process chemicals.
