Application Technician

To strengthen our team in  Germany (M Vest Water GmbH) , we are hiring an:

Application Technician 

Location:  Nuremberg Metropolitan Region; Field service in Germany and neighboring countries

Start:  As soon as possible

Your tasks will include:

* Technical investigations and analyses in our laboratory and at the customer's site.

* Conducting laboratory and field trials.

* Assessment of the plant technology, recording of process parameters and execution of measurements at our customers' premises.

* Preparation of service reports and documentation of trials and analyses.

* Installation and commissioning as well as maintenance and troubleshooting of dosing systems.

* Monitoring and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.

Your qualifications:

* Successfully completed training as a specialist in wastewater technology or as a mechatronics technician with professional experience in the wastewater sector, state technician / master craftsman examination, or a bachelor's degree with a focus on wastewater treatment and practical experience.

* Ideally, you have:

- Professional experience in a wastewater treatment plant or the supply industry for water and sludge treatment.

- Good technical understanding of the processes in a wastewater treatment plant and the use of flocculants

- Craftsmanship

- Experience working in a (wastewater) laboratory

- You like to take on responsibility, show initiative and can work independently in a structured way

- You enjoy dealing with people, doing varied tasks, regular travel and working in a team.

- Valid class B driver's license

- Very good knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken

- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
