Location 

This role has a UK based contract and as such, you must have the right to live and work in the UK.  You’ll be required to work at your contracted office, 1 Occam Court, Surrey Research Park, Guildford, GU2 7HJ and will need to be able to commute to this location.

This is a Hybrid based position. Travel to HQ is at your own expense.

CONTEXT OF ROLE

Our cutting-edge technology helps companies in the extractives and infrastructure industries to measure and manage the impacts of their operations on local ecosystems and species.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager / Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our biodiversity monitoring solutions to companies in the industrials sector, with a focus on the extractives and infrastructure industries. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

We are a team of bright, high-energy individuals who are excited to be breaking new ground and disrupting the world of nature monitoring. We take great pride in our work and are seeking new team members who will do the same. 

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

The role will focus on working with key clients in the industrials sector and related industries. Experience in the extractives industries or work on large infrastructure projects is preferable. Knowledge of biodiversity loss and protection, protected species legislation, sustainability reporting frameworks, biodiversity offsetting and net gain will be a distinct advantage.   

You may be working within Sustainability Tech, Carbon Accounting, Project Development or Renewable Energies and want to join a Climate Tech scale-up.
