Nazava water filters

About

Nazava Water Filters is a social enterprise that was founded in Indonesia in 2009 with the mission to provide affordable and high-quality household water filters to lower-income households. The filters are designed to purify well, river, tap, or rainwater, making it safe to drink. Nazava's products have been tested by the World Health Organization (WHO), ensuring their effectiveness in providing safe drinking water.

Nazava has expanded its operations to Kenya and Singapore, impacting over 600,000 people in more than 30 countries worldwide. The company has supplied over 285,000 water filters, providing safe drinking water to communities that otherwise might not have access to it. This includes enabling households to avoid the costs and health risks associated with drinking contaminated water, as well as helping small businesses that rely on clean water.

In 2024, Nazava earned its B Corp certification, joining a global community of over 8,200 for-profit businesses that are committed to creating an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. This certification underscores Nazava's dedication to social and environmental impact, alongside its financial success.
