Treasury Manager

Description

Netafim is seeking a dedicated Treasury Manager to oversee our operations and financial strategies. This role involves managing cash flow, optimizing financial resources, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while working closely with senior management to enhance the organization's financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow forecasting to identify deficit or surplus.
• Coordinate revenue projections with collections to develop Cash Flow.
• Direct Treasury processes for cash control and management.
• Schedule payments to suppliers according to dates and due dates.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions to optimize exchange rates and charges.
• Maintain updated and report daily bank balances to control liquidity.
• Explain monthly cash flow variations and AOP compliance to the head office.
• Coordinate with head office cash requests to avoid liquidity imbalances.
• Surprise raids to petty cash of administration and operations. 
• Analyze monthly expenses Actual vs AOP and reporting.
• Negotiation for purchase of local and foreign currency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
