WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Senior Director of Sustainability Reporting, Disclosure and Compliance will report directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer and is responsible for leading NIKE’s Sustainability mandatory and voluntary reporting and disclosure strategy and compliance efforts to drive sustainability, transparency and ethical governance. This role involves aligning efforts with overall NIKE strategy, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance, driving disclosure best practices, and fostering transparency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Senior Director will also act as the principal advisor on these matters to the senior leadership team, as well as engaging with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate sustainability-related risks, including reputational, operational, and financial risks associated with non-compliance.

Collaborate with risk management teams to integrate sustainability risks into the enterprise risk management framework.
