Business Development & Sales Executive – Digital Services

Organica is currently looking to fill a Business Development & Sales Executive – Digital Services position, reporting to VP of Digital Services.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Ownership of revenue generation for three revenue streams –SaaS Licensing, Digital Services, and Online Advertising Sales via wwtpdesigns.com – and responsibility for achieving sales targets globally in these three areas
- Responsible for the strategic business plan for the global SaaS Licensing and Digital Service offerings and aligning it with long term goals of the company
- Gather market data and information about industry trends and competitive technologies
- Promote the company and its solution set to various government authorities and private organizations
- Identify, develop, and qualify early opportunities and leads based on market experience and by understanding the drivers for Organica’s solutions including SaaS Licensing and Digital Services
- Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities, working with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions to customer fulfillment
- Identify new potential product/service opportunities that align with Organica vision
- Generate and acquire leads to build a robust pipeline working closely with regional/local sales teams
- Establish strong relationships with engineering firms
- Manage the required database and ensure sufficient insight to the organization by updating CRM timely
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or MBA Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a commercial role selling to engineering or industrial services firms. At least 3 years of Water or other utility Industry experience (preference will be given to candidates with experience in the wastewater industry.)
- Proven experience in establishing contacts with key consultants, prominent engineering firms and technology providers in the Water Industry
- Experience working in a diverse global environment w/ multiple time zones
- Solid hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of a South-East Asian culture and language (Vietnamese, Filipino, Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) is an advantage
