About

PanGIS, Inc., a California Corporation, is a small, woman-owned consulting firm that specializes in

geographic information systems (GIS) and environmental compliance services for cultural and

environmental resources and land planning. Since 1998, PanGIS has completed over 1,000 large-scale and

small scope projects for private and public-sector clients. PanGIS staff delivers professional geospatial

services needed to support a range of project types and clients to meet their GIS needs. We provide

complex GIS analysis and modeling, custom GIS tools and interfaces, ArcGIS Online applications, custom

geodatabases, and sUAS drone data capture and GIS integration. Staff also provides services needed for

compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Our multi-disciplined team has extensive experience

in the support of a range of services for GIS and Environmental Compliance for large scale Transportation,

Water, Land Planning, and Utility projects. PanGIS has a long history of working with Engineering firms as a

sub-contractor, providing GIS services. We have completed projects with or are working with: AECOM,

TRC, HDR, HNTB, QK, Inc., CH2M/Jacobs, WSP, PGH Wong, and many small to mid-sized engineering firms.

For Environmental Compliance, project services include pre-construction studies (archival research, survey,

evaluation, testing, aerial mapping, monitoring/treatment plans, technical reports, BLM Permit, lab artifact

analysis ), Historic site assessments (including hazardous materials), Native American consultation, on-call

emergency services, Historic-era object/structure evaluations, mapping services, and construction

monitoring for: new construction, upgrades for wet/dry utilities, transmission lines, and underground gas,

water, and electric lines. Primes or Agencies for current environmental compliance projects for include:
