Senior Program Director – Water, Wastewater, Water Resources

Texas (Houston, Austin, or Dallas)

Parsons is now hiring a Senior Program Director who can lead a team of professionals overseeing every phase of water, wastewater and water resources projects or programs in Texas. Parsons’ extensive experience in this field, combined with your significant management and technical experience, will propel your career forward with opportunity for advancement with top performance.

This position will be responsible for leading our water practice as Parsons grows its position in the Texas water market. Responsibilities will include business development, operations, and, as applicable, project or program management. You will play a major role in our Texas strategic growth initiatives for water, wastewater, and water resources, as well you may support major client accounts at a national level. We need our Senior Program Director to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills.   In the operations role you support area leadership in the planning, direction, supervision, and execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions associated with Parsons’ Texas Water team.  You will assign responsibility for executing project plans to Parsons staff and project teams after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.  As Program Director you will provide input to performance reviews and development plans for our Texas water team.

Salary Range: 

$165,000.00 – $310,000.00
