Position Summary:
The Program Development Manager will report to the Director of Phigenics Support Services. This individual will provide sales, service and account management support for clients in various regions and enterprise level accounts.
Key Duties:
- Collect and assimilate data to generate a Water Management Program (WMP), including risk management documents for safety and efficiency
- Develop and maintain client relationships for internal and external customers
- Develop WMP documentation with regional and corporate sales team members, including direct interface with clients
- Facilitate Water Management Team (WMT) meetings with responsibilities that promote team member engagement
- Provides analysis and delivery of all WMP Verification and Validation data to ensure technical accuracy and defensibility of client programs
- Conduct water system surveys and for potable and utility water systems including cooling towers, boilers and chilled water
- Conduct client and sales team member training on key WMP processes and use of cloud-based data management software
- Build project management timelines and Gantt charts to support on-time and accurate execution of customer deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a S.T.E.M. program
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and directed. "Can do" attitude
- Strong desire to learn new concepts
- Demonstrate commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Understand and use MS Office, Gmail and various Google applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of job experience
- Water-related experience in engineering or the sciences
- Understand building water systems, boiler systems, cooling towers / chiller systems, energy efficiency, utility engineering and how to calculate ROIs
- Experienced technical communication
- Experience in LucidChart or MS Visio
- Experience in agile project management software (Jira)
Work Environment / Travel:
Position requires traveling to client sites in a region, holding meetings, servicing equipment, and collecting water samples. Some overnight travel will be involved. Dress is normally coat and tie or female equivalent. The wearing of PPE is sometimes required. The position often requires a great deal of walking around client sites, may include climbing stairs or ladders, and may require lifting to 25 pounds.
