Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

o   Design water treatment systems to meet customer requirements that include pre- and post-treatment

o   Generate and qualify leads

o   Develop and maintain a customer database

o   Plan and conduct direct marketing activities

o   Make sales calls to new and existing clients

o   Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients, optimizing the existing Pure Aqua product lines

o   Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts

o   Conduct product training

o   Prepare operating manuals for brackish and sea water reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, etc.

o   Technical support and troubleshooting

o   Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

o   Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

o   Follow up on sales activities

o   Monitor and report sales activities and follow ups to management

o   Conduct market research and surveys

o   Participate in sales events

o   Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

o   Some travel may be required
