Headquartered in West Sacramento, California, RCAC’s employees serve rural communities in 13 western states and the Pacific islands. RCAC’s services include environmental infrastructure; affordable housing development; economic and leadership development; and community development finance. These services are available to communities with populations of fewer than 50,000, other nonprofit groups, tribal organizations, farmworkers, colonias and other specific populations. With an annual operating budget of more than $15 million and more than 100 employees working from 52 field offices, RCAC is an important resource to low-income rural communities throughout the West.
