Job summary
The Customer Success Associate - Climate Neutral Applications supporting the implementation and operation of integrated climate action solutions. This includes assisting in the development and deployment of the solution and providing support once the solution is in operation. In collaboration with the customer success manager you will ensure client satisfaction and guarantee a high-quality of your service.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation of new integrated climate neutral applications solutions for our clients
- Take an active role in focusing on retention and growth of our clients by understanding their business and meeting their goals
- Ensure client satisfaction by assuring timely delivery of responses and guaranteeing a high-quality of our services
- Provide first class technical support to the clients to keep solutions up to date and support in activation of campaigns
- Operate a first class support system for our clients
Requirements
Essential:
- A university degree, ideally at Masters level
- One year work experience in the e-commerce sector as customer success support
- Understanding of software systems architecture to design the best solution to integrate climate action with our e-commerce and software customers
