SS Techno has supplied more than 280 ZLD systems, on 'Concept to Commissioning' basis to a wide range of Industries. The salient features of our ZLD systems are:
- Not a drop of Industrial Wastewater needs to be discharged from the factory premises.
- Crystal Clear Water extracted is 100% recycled back to Process, Cooling Tower, etc. after proper treatment.
- Cleaning In Place (CIP) is done by the use of only Chemicals, once in 15 days. No manual cleaning will be required.
- The concentrate / dried solids, depending on its characteristics can be a saleable product or can be disposed of as waste.
- The ZLD system can flexibly be designed to utilize any available heat source in the process plant.
- Control & automation is PLC-SCADA based.
- The ZLD system is operated on a 24-hour basis.
