We have a great opportunity with Sulzer to develop your career as a Regional Sales Manager the role will be a part of our Water team within the Flow Equipment division. It is a fantastic development fantastic opportunity to grow our Ireland Water Business I you will proactively promote our products into Irish Water, the contractors & suppliers to Irish Water, and to Domestic & Commercial customers across the region.
You will have close communication with key clients and our internal support colleagues, ensuring that we deliver World Class Products and Services to continually develop our Customer Partnerships and the growth of the business.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- The role will take complete ownership of our revenue in the Republic of Ireland and will be expected to develop & implement the sales strategy to generate sustainable growth.
- in a role that will see you look after the End-to-End Sales activity needs of the Company's customers within your area.
- Develop & implement a commercial strategy to generate strong & sustainable growth in the Key Account.
- Proactively promote our Water products and services into the Key Account, in both operational plants and corporate/design offices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferred engineering qualification
- Relevant experience in the water and wastewater industry
- To be a self-motivated and dynamic individual capable of developing relationships and driving results
- Financial/budget management
- Have good communication skills at all levels and the ability to recognise and execute a given opportunity
- Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts and customers
