2.Who we would like to join our Team
- We are looking for Site Supervisor who aligns to our business drivers to join the Talbot Team to support our ambition to become one of Africa’s leading water solutions companies.
- The successful candidate would be based in Evander, Mpumalanga involved for the management of a water treatment plant which includes supporting the technical, process and resource requirements onsite. The role will involve but not limited to:
- Operational management of the water treatment plant, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Comprehensive reporting to and engagement with the internal and client teams on plant performance
3.What Qualifications and experience do you need to bring to the Team
Minimum Requirements
- B Tech/ Advance Diploma Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s licence with at least 5 years driving experience
- 2 – 5 years’ supervisory experience coupled to relevant experience in membrane treatment technologies
- Computer Literate
- The following would be advantageous
Working experience in mechanical maintenance of water treatment plant equipment
Own vehicle
