The role-  Our Process Operator is an integral part of our production team and will be  performing functions to create quality products for Tidal Vision. They are responsible for retrieving, weighing, handling and mixing chemical ingredients. Monitoring equipment during the chemical process, repairing machinery if problems arise, accurately recording information about equipment. Completing process, quality, and inventory control while assisting in the planning and improvement of processes or products. Duties may also include loading and unloading trucks and managing warehouse inventory on an as needed basis.  We offer a fantastic benefit package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, EAP, tuition reimbursement, 21.67 days of PTO and 10 holidays.

Your team-  Being part of the Operations means you are directly responsible for Customer Satisfaction by providing the ability to fulfill orders to meet the Customers needs.  The team maintains the agility to support new product trials or product scaleup for Customer or R&D needs.  The team truly owns their portion of the operations from equipment maintenance & readiness to driving continuous improvements relating to any aspect of the production processes.  Most importantly we are responsible for the safety of the entire Tidal Vision team.
