Project Manager

The role

TRILITY is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Modular Solutions team in Yatala, QLD. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, process equipment solutions and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment — this could be your next career move.

As Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of modular projects ranging from $20k to over $2M, leading from concept to commissioning. Play a key role in delivering solutions that make a difference in water, wastewater, and industrial treatment sectors.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget

• Lead and coordinate project teams across engineering, procurement, and fabrication

• Manage site safety and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of care

• Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation

• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Support tender preparation and proposal development

• Use systems like SAP, MS Project, and other tools for project tracking and reporting

What we are looking for

The successful applicant will have the following skills and abilities:

• Proven project management experience, ideally in modular construction or process equipment

• Strong capability in health, safety, environmental, and quality management

• Contract administration and commercial awareness

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Degree in engineering, project management, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience (5+ years)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project; experience with project/scheduling software

• Background in the water or wastewater sector would be highly regarded
