I understand that air has a certain level of humidity that is required for human breathing. Removing water in air will in my opinion require the replenishment of water in the atmosphere so as to keep the equilibrium. As such plants will pump more water  (evapotranspiration) and surface water bodies will have to give off more water from their surface so as to maintain water/humidity proportion in air. Is there any overall gain with that system?
