Water Lens™ is a system for real-time chemical analysis of water and other fluids at the well site. This system is designed to perform a simultaneous analysis for all the major ions and other important species in water. The system consists of a 96-vial tray preloaded with the individual chemicals for these species which develop characteristic colors that are read on a compact, portable reader. The results are accurate and will furnish the information needed to make any adjustments to additive loadings or fluid choices without delays caused by transporting samples to a lab for analysis.
