Water Quality Specialists is a full-service, licensed contract operations company. Our services include wastewater treatment plant, water treatment plant and small water system operations, maintenance, management, sampling, reporting, quality analysis and process advice. Water Quality Specialists is a company dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

All of our operators are certified through the California Water Resources Control Board and the California Department of Public Health. The companies certifications range from Grade I to Grade V and include water treatment, wastewater treatment, distribution, cross connection control specialist and backflow prevention. The companies maintenance division, Coombs Service Group, specializes in the installation, maintenance and service of both water and wastewater equipment.
