Be part of a friendly team to effectively communicate the company’s message through the development of engaging digital design. We are looking for a talented and commercially-driven individual with a passion for creating high-performing media that tells the brand story and helps improve new business acquisition performance across Waterlogic’s portfolio of brands and international businesses. Working as part of the brand and communications team, you are creative, energetic and self-motivated. Capable of multi-tasking and prioritising, you thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment where you will be working with many commercial functions on a variety of stimulating projects.
Responsibilities
Support the Group Marketing Communications team as well as the Product Marketing, Purezza, Acquisition and Channel Development teams and third-party agencies with digital design and development.
Create a variety of digital assets such as icons, images, 3D animation, videos (including shooting and editing live action footage), infographics and interactive assets to support the following, but not exclusive to, PPC, SEO, PR, social media, email marketing and internal communication channels, plus product launches and channel initiatives.
Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are compelling, visually exciting and emotionally engaging for our Waterlogic and Purezza stakeholders, and other brands as required.
Includes the planning, development, launch and performance monitoring for each digital design project, plus executing changes to localise assets across our 20 businesses as required.
Work to constantly generate ideas to promote our brand positioning, in particular on environmental and social themes, and contribute to improving lead generation across our international digital channels.
Efficiently manage time and stakeholder expectation, paying particular attention to detail and deliverance against agreed deadlines.
Keep our media channels and internal sharing platforms up-to-date with new content.
Support other duties as required.
Requirements
Up to 3 years of digital design experience in a professional environment.
Ideally a BA or equivalent in digital design, animation or similar.
Strong creative vision and execution with exceptional skills in 3D software such as 3DS Max and the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
3D modelling and rendering experience desired.
Proficient use of DSLR camera and equipment for live filming.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Portfolio of relevant digital design work clearly demonstrating your ability and commercial awareness.
An active interest in keeping up to date with trends and technology, with a love for all that’s new and innovative.
