Position Summary:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple treatment facilities within a designated region, reporting directly to the Vice President of Plant Operations. Your responsibilities include leading a team of supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of all plants. You'll prioritize fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. Additionally, exceptional customer service is crucial, ensuring that client interactions and service delivery uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
