Job description
WINT is looking for a talented, highly motivated sales executive to grow with our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts specifically focused on new sales opportunities, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. We seek a positive, energetic sales professional ready for new challenges and getting into a new, exciting field. We prefer a candidate experienced in working with real estate developers, PropTec companies, and facilities management.
This role will actively track down new sales opportunities through company-provided sales and marketing lead generation tools, professional organizations, and social media. The position involves pursuing and closing new business by frequently traveling to accounts and/or large job sites.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute sales strategy as set by Director Sales, Israel
- Prospect, qualify and generate new opportunities and business from pool of inbound and self-generated leads (Creating new contacts by actively and continuously visiting businesses).
- Drive entire sales process from end to end (from prospecting to qualifying to negotiating and closing) and manage the deal during each stage.
- Customize proposals based on the prospect’s needs; negotiate and handle objections as needed
- Work collaboratively with customer services, marketing, and technology departments; participate in feedback sessions with R&D and articulate market feedback to leadership
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets according to sales plan
- Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- B2B experience in the real estate industry or related field; experience working directly with real estate companies, PropTec companies, facilities management, construction industry, FM companies.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals
- Ability to understand new products and technology and then to articulate value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal resources and external clients
- Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce) a must
