Manager - Business Development/Marketing

Job Description:  

1.       Identifying new business opportunities in the field of Water & Wastewater Management.

2.      Preparation of qualitative and quantitative data to support project development activities

3.      Close coordination with the consultants / key people involved at customer end for Pre-Qualification & Technical Specification management.

4.      SWOT analysis of the market for WTP & WWTP.

5.      Technical Presentations to consultants and prospective customers to ensure the issuance of inquiry in desired form.

6.      Review mechanism of enquiry received / generated through Bid / No Bid Decision by way of generating Techno-commercial Project Synopsis

7.      Identifying partners / Aligning with companies for Pre – Bid Tie – ups and JVs / Consortiums as per the tender requirement.

8.      Develop & Drafting of JV / MOU /NDA agreement as required for bidding process

9.      Active participation in Pre-Tender & Pre-Bid meetings upon submission of Pre-bid Queries and discussing with consultants / clients for its timely responses.

10.  Site visits for clarity on technical requirements / for local partner selection for civil work / evaluation of local issues affecting the execution.

11.  Framing of Techno-Commercial proposals deriving the scheme selection for the treatment of Water / Wastewater.

12.   Compilation of technical Inputs received from Mechanical, E&I, Civil teams along with costing for bid preparation.

13.  Vendor engagement for arriving at the optimised costing on the bid

14.  Post-bid discussions with clients including techno-commercial  clarifications for closure all issues related to tender followed by Negotiations with the customer, Order Finalization, closing the order in company’s favour.

15.  Active participation in Internal & external Kick off meeting at start of the project before handing over the entire communication to projects, F&A. Keeping update and close track of project status through Project status report  and close coordination with customer for smooth seamless handing over of project.

16.  Preparation of Annual budget Document for the Financial Year, presenting it to management and fully responsible to achieve the same
