The opportunity
Xylem is transforming from a Water Products vendor to a Water Solutions Partner, solving water problems globally across the Water Infrastructure value chain. To accelerate this journey Xylem is launching a One Xylem Solution Team with an approach integrating the core product-based sales approach (“Bottom-up”) with a new problem-solving approach to the customer (“Top-Down”) Xylem’s European region will be the first to launch with five Solution Teams focused on wastewater and water treatment spaces. Each Solution Team will consist of a Business Development Manager, System Integration Engineer, Process Engineer and Project Manager.

Business Development Manager - One Xylem Solution Team
For the key Business Development Manager role, we are seeking seasoned, solutions-oriented, water systems business development managers to pioneer the One Xylem Solution Team concept in their specific region. This position will have a full understanding of water challenges and processes, applying this to help clients and prospects solve water through solution offerings and programs, and achieving ambitious growth in funnel, orders and revenue for Xylem.
