Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead Digital Solution projects in the water or wastewater sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the water or wastewater sector and related technologies and solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business through the development of new projects and customers.
• Manage project budgets and financials, including the identification and management of variances and risks.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the water or wastewater sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification or similar would be an advantage.
   

Additional Information:

This position allows for remote work with travelling required as part of project execution and other internal company commitments.
The Project Manager will be part of a Europe regional team.
