Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead Digital Solution projects in the water or wastewater sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the water or wastewater sector and related technologies and solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business through the development of new projects and customers.
- Manage project budgets and financials, including the identification and management of variances and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the water or wastewater sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or similar would be an advantage.
Additional Information:
This position allows for remote work with travelling required as part of project execution and other internal company commitments.
The Project Manager will be part of a Europe regional team.
