Dear Anvar, The RO plant (as opposed to the Thermo Plant) at Fujairah UAE, just north of Oman had to deal with that influent water quality and I am sure Veolia Paris would have  comprehensive data on the subject water quality. They put a DAF plant up front there (after screening) to ameliorate the load on the Rapid Gravity Dual Media filters. Hope this helps.
