SWMM is used for storm runoff modelling. We also use it to model the performance of the networks. Can be downloaded here: https://www.epa.gov/water-research/storm-water-management-model-swmm

Dear Donald Martin thank you for the input, but SWMM is used for modelling of sewer transport, not treatment, I would like to model, lamellar sedimentation, nano-filter, dosage of chemicals etc.

Dear Mario J Zambrano thank you for the input, but EPANET is used for modelling of water distribution, not treatment works, I would like to model, lamellar sedimentation, nano-filter, dosage of chemicals etc.

Note that this is Hydraulic modelling software - it's good for modelling distribution networks, moreso than modelling treatment processes themselves.

Yes depends on what you want to design

Hi Jibok, I recommend you to use this software Belebungs-Expert - 3.0 - Software zum Arbeitsblatt DWA-A 131 - Version 3.0, Oktober 2016 I used it for activated sludge plants.
