Lamellar tubes disintegrated within the settle

Hi everyone,
We have a problem of lamellar tubes that keep on popping out of array, even after cleaning the settler. what cause this ?

Did you check the load?
You need to test settling rates with your supplier.
Sometimes, Pamela is not a good choice for the type of suspended solids.

Yes, it happens when the lamellae are too thin! Take this into consideration! You need at least 2 mm of thickness, but most of the suppliers don't provide that. I supply 3 mm lamellas, If you need support, I can help you: nicolas@1h2o3.com

Hey Linus Kapulwa different reasons could cause the problem. For example: Flow turbulences, Support structure, Material, Clogging. Can you give us some more information on the design? Our email address is info@aqua-equip.com
