During  water degassing, the CO2 in the water will be released which will increase the pH to exceed the value 8 and thereafter the bicarbonates (HCO3-) begin to be transformed into carbonates  (CO3--) which will react quickly with calcium ions to form CaCO3.
There is no risk of  precipitation of MgCO3 which generally takes place at pH > 9
