Assume that the industrial toned down to domestic waste characteristic.

For space saving, may consider for multiple storey, with SBR tank half buried will allowances gravity effluent discharge. Then 1 floor sledge treatment and 2nd floor for operational office. May consider install solar panel on roof top for self consumption.

The SBR upgradeable to hybrid if there sudden capacity increase. If capacity increase is higher in future, may use the structure to updage the plant to MBR.
