Hi Samiya, I am not going to repeat what to other already said but two things I wanted to add: when they appear you should avoid remixing of flotated scum in the activated sludge and instal selectors. And then you should also investigate to monitoring of the appearing of them to try to act as fast as as possible on the cause and addapt the RAS etc.  Where is your plant located?
