Water and sanitation services should be how much affordable and in which quantity available?
Some geographical area has no sufficient water quantity, and somewhere it is available, the sources are more polluting day by day?
Sanitation is also related with culture, and now new generation wants more effective sanitation

Water and sanitation services
Hello, water and sanitation are basic needs. They should available at no cost from govt but if the resources are free they are taken granted for and not used at the respect they should be used. I don't understand this cultural aspect, will you please elaborate it? New generation wants better sanitation practices as they know the need of it. UN and other agencies can give funds but the needed is the behavioural changes at the community level. MDG will be achieved if the community wishes to change and clean water is available at no cost.
