  1. ITALY IS FULL OF WATER AND 70% OF THE RESOURCE IS USED IN AGRICULTURE. BUT POOR MANAGEMENT RESOURCE LEADS TO LEAK WATER THAN 50% OVER THE YEARS THAT ARE IMPOVERISCHING RESOURCE. THE SYSTEM USED BY MORE CONSORTIUM FOR CLEANING IS THE "TURN TO QUESTION" IS PROVIDES THE USE OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS ALSO AUTOMATIC. DO NOT BELIEVE YOU ARE HAVING BIG BENEFITS BECAUSE IN MY OPINION THE PROCESS OF ACCOUNTING AND ADJUSTING THE RESOURCE TO BE GUIDED BY A METHOD OF SHARING WITH THE TERRITORY.

I agree that water metering is very important for increasing the agriculture water efficiency. But in my country (Bangaladesh) we are not using the water meters yet. Water is lifted by farmers at huge amount and there is no control. I even feel water meters are essential at domestic use too.But I know water meters will be unpopular as they reminds people of water charges.
