Is there a directory of water and waste water design engineering firms available to network members?

  2. The challenge is as usual service and cost.  The larger firms have more complete services and higher prices. The smaller firms can offer savings and more hands-on service.

    Your principal challenge is knowing what type of engineering help you require. Not all engineers are competent in all areas.  You need to ask questions and have a budget in mind before you engage an engineer.  Look at their terms and conditions and payments.  How do you resolve disputes?

    If you just want a list of engineers, then ENR is fine, but be selective.  I find that smaller firms are more selective and provide better value for the service.
