Distance between two Valves in a same chamber in a Water Transport Network

We have a chamber in the Water Transportation and Distribution Network where there are two/three valves. Is there any specific standard that defines the size of the chamber and the distance between the valves in the chamber itself plus distance from the wall of chamber?
